Vibrating table instructions

1.Installation:

a. Before installation,check the vibrating motor whether it is loose or not,then make table foot fix on the pre-concrete foundation,note that one side higher a little,and another sie should be lower a little.Slope degree=5-60,then the moulds will move from the top side to lower one.

b. Link the wire(A,B,C ,3 phases) with motor in the right way,prohibit the motor reverse rotation,if happened,stop at once and change wire linking until right rotation.

2.Equipment maintainance:

a. In order to increase the working efficiency and lengthen the working life,the mechanic should check whether the vibrating motor and bolt is loose or not.

b. Clean up the waste concrete in the spring, and painting the smooth on the surface of vibrating table in a at regular intervals.

c.The workers should develop the habit to check the machine before and after working,add smooth oil to the related section of all machines.

Note:Overloading working is strictly prohibited, lead to some accidents by this,the user will take full responsibility.
