The hollow interlock block mold is plastic, the block material is stone, sand, cement and water reducing agent.

The Interlock hollow block molds adopt a male and female interlocking structure, assisted by aluminum slot clips and dovetail screws for fixing. The overall strength is high, the sealing is good, and it is not easy to leak. We use blue and red to indicate the difference between the male and female surfaces of a set of molds, which is easy to identify and install during the production process, improving production efficiency.

Commonly used interlock brick sizes are 400x200x200mm, 200x200x200mm, 300x150x150mm, 150x150x150mm.
The new size hollow block molds are 400x100x200mm, 600x150x250mm, 400x150x250mm, 410x210x200mm.

When use mold to produce the hollow brick, it need demoulding oil. SAE 80W90 oil is the best choice for demouding. Clean the mold, then spray release oil on the mold surface with a spray gun and let it dry for 10-15 minutes.

After pouring the cement, demoulding can be carried out after 15 hours at a temperature of 25-30 degrees Celsius.

The simple production line for interlock block mold is mixer and vibration table. Also we have semi automatic production line and demould machines for the block.
